These Terms of Service govern your use of HumanScan, a mobile app published by Excelltech Inc. By using HumanScan, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of the App

HumanScan provides informational analysis intended to help users evaluate whether speech or text may have been generated by or influenced by AI-written content. Results are estimates and may be inaccurate.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

HumanScan does not guarantee that any result is correct, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. You should not rely on HumanScan as the sole basis for serious accusations, academic decisions, employment decisions, disciplinary actions, legal claims, or other high-impact decisions.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the audio, text, and other content you submit. You agree not to submit content that violates the rights of others, breaks the law, or contains information you are not authorized to process or share.

Subscriptions and Purchases

HumanScan may offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or usage-based features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription cancellation, refunds, and billing management are generally handled through your Apple account and Apple’s App Store policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer or bypass usage limits, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Third-Party Services

HumanScan may rely on third-party services for transcription, AI detection, hosting, analytics, diagnostics, payments, or authentication. Your use of HumanScan may involve processing by those services as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

HumanScan, including its design, software, branding, and content, is owned by Excelltech Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

HumanScan is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Excelltech Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of HumanScan.
