  • Purchase information: subscription or in-app purchase status provided by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.
  • Device and usage information: app version, device type, operating system version, diagnostics, and general usage events used to improve the app.
  • Support communications: information you provide when contacting Excelltech Inc. for support.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the app’s core functionality, process scans, manage subscriptions or usage limits, improve reliability, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

HumanScan may use third-party services to provide transcription, AI-detection, analytics, diagnostics, authentication, hosting, and payment-related functionality. For AI-detection, submitted text may be sent to an external AI-detection provider, such as GPTZero or a similar service. If service providers change, we will continue to use providers only as needed to operate and improve the app.

Audio and Text Processing

Audio and transcription data may be processed to generate the app’s results. Do not submit audio or text that you are not allowed to share or that contains highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable with that information being processed for the app’s functionality.
